HW Technics is a technical service provider specialising in heat treatment for which safety, quality and reliability are central. Our specialisation centres on performing heat treatments (annealing) on complete structures, structural parts, pipelines, vessels, etc. and on annealing components in permanently installed furnaces. In addition we sell and hire annealing equipment and provide advice on the subject of heat treatment. We are market leader in the Benelux and the scale of our size allows HW Technics to be very flexible and capable of serving you at any time. Either on location at your address or in our own workplaces.

HW Technics has always been at the forefront in the search for the highest measurable quality supplied by our certified specialist employees. We work in accordance with the procedures of ISO 9001:2000. All of our technicians are VCA certified and receive regular training in safety awareness with the result that safe working has now become part of our corporate DNA.

Assessable quality is a precondition in our work. So for all our heat treatment work we supply an annealing certificate including temperature/time diagrams. Calibration reports of such measuring equipment as thermocouples and temperature recorders are part of our standard service. Nothing is left to chance.
